Job summary

Pickle Pong Club, a Cheras-based pickleball and table tennis facility, seeks a Sales & Growth Manager to grow revenue by attracting more customers and increasing court and program utilisation.

You will identify opportunities, create and execute strategies, and measure results across sales, marketing, business development, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Able to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable working with sales data and KPIs.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and business mindset.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Experience in Sports, Fitness, Events, Retail, Education or F&B is a plus.
