Job summary

ATP Sports Club, a pickleball facility in Masai, Johor Bahru, seeks a Court Operations Assistant to support daily operations, manage bookings, coordinate coaching and run the Pro Shop with strong customer service. The role requires punctual, proactive individuals who can multitask across operations and sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or sports facility operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily court bookings and ensure courts are prepared for sessions.
• Maintain court equipment, nets and facilities in good condition.
• Assist with player check-ins and enquiries.
• Handle customer feedback and sales transactions at the Pro Shop.
