Job summary

Pickle Pong Club is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through a blend of sales, marketing, business development, and reporting activities. You will follow up WhatsApp and social inquiries, promote classes and memberships, convert trials into paying customers, and help create engaging IG/TikTok content while tracking leads and weekly sales results.

Fresh graduates welcome; strong communication, social media savvy, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to customers.
• Sales-minded and proactive.
• Basic social media knowledge.
• Able to use WhatsApp, Canva / CapCut.
• Able to work independently.
• Sales / Marketing experience preferred.
• Sports / Fitness / Events experience is a plus.
• Students and fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with WhatsApp / Instagram enquiries
• Contact previous leads and customers
• Promote classes, Open Play, memberships and packages
• Convert trials and enquiries into paying customers
• Promote weekend programmes and available slots
• Follow up after workshops and trial classes
• Assist with IG / TikTok / Facebook / XHS content
• Reach out to nearby schools, companies and communities
• Record leads and follow-ups, track bookings and conversions, and submit a simple weekly sales report
