Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan RecruitFirst Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead cross-brand operational strategy and member experience. You will develop SOPs, oversee facilities and assets, and drive efficiency across multiple brands in a dynamic wellness and lifestyle group.

You will manage a team, implement preventive maintenance, coordinate events, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Systems Design – Develop and implement cross-brand operational strategies, SOPs, and frameworks to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable growth.
• Organisational Leadership & People Development – Lead, develop, and manage operations teams, overseeing workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Cross-Brand Operations & Member Experience – Oversee daily operations, facility performance, customer service standards, complaint resolution, and member engagement across all brands.
• Facility, Infrastructure & Asset Management – Ensure facilities, courts, equipment, and infrastructure meet safety and quality standards through preventive maintenance, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Events Planning & Execution – Lead end-to-end event operations, coordinating logistics, staffing, vendors, equipment, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
