Job summary

ATP Sports Club, a pickleball facility in Masai, Johor Bahru, seeks a Court Operations Assistant to support daily operations, manage bookings, coordinate coaching and run the Pro Shop with strong customer service. The role requires punctual, proactive individuals who can multitask across operations and sales.

Job description

The Court Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of ATP Club, including court management, coaching coordination, customer service, Pro Shop sales, and administrative support. The role ensures smooth daily operations, excellent customer experiences, efficient retail sales, and a well-maintained playing environment.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily court bookings and ensure courts are properly prepared before each session

Ensure court equipment, nets, and facilities are in good condition

Assist with player check-ins and general enquiries

Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of courts and operational areas

Coordinate coaching schedules and ensure coaches are informed of their assigned sessions

Monitor coach attendance and punctuality

Welcome customers and assist with court bookings, facilities, and general enquiries

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Attend to customers and recommend suitable pickleball paddles, balls, apparel, accessories, and other retail products

Process sales transactions and ensure payments are recorded accurately

About you

Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and highly organised

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good customer service and sales skills, with a willingness to approach and assist customers

Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently

Able to multitask and handle operational issues effectively

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or point-of-sale systems

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, sports facility operations, or hospitality is an advantage
