Rally Social is a new indoor pickleball and paddle tennis club in Atria Shopping Gallery, Damansara Jaya, seeking a full-time Court Host to be the face of the club. You will welcome players, manage bookings, assist beginners, set up courts and support coaching sessions.

Applicants should be energetic, friendly and reliable with customer service experience; racket sport knowledge is preferred. The role offers RM2,800 to RM4,000 per month plus coaching allowances, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, annual and medical

Full Time Court Host (Pickleball & Paddle Tennis)

Rally Social is a new indoor pickleball and paddle tennis club at Atria Shopping Gallery, Damansara Jaya, with four air-conditioned courts, a lounge, coaching programmes and social events. We're looking for an energetic, friendly full-time Court Host who loves racket sports and people to be the face of the club. Courts can be booked online at www.rallysocial.com.my.

What you'll do

Welcome and check in players, and manage court bookings, walk-ins and WhatsApp enquiries

Help beginners with the rules and basics, and run warm-ups or rally sessions when needed

Set up and reset courts and equipment, and open or close the venue on your shift

Support coaching sessions, kids' classes, mixers, leagues and tournaments

Keep the courts, lounge and venue clean, safe and ready for play

What we're looking for

Energetic, friendly, confident with people and reliable; customer service experience is a plus

Able to work 5 to 6 days a week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

What we offer

RM2,800 to RM4,000 per month, based on experience, plus coaching allowance where applicable

Free court time during off-peak hours (subject to availability) and training provided
