Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of sales analysis or relevant work experience.
• FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
• Strong governance with financial discipline and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and accurate administration of the SFIS incentive scheme.
• Translate sales targets into accurate allocations.
• Provide timely insights on sales force performance and effectiveness.
• Safeguard integrity, fairness and compliance of incentive processes.
