Job summary

Heineken in Malaysia seeks a Sales Analytics professional to drive sales force effectiveness through robust analytics and governance of the Sales Force Incentive Scheme. You will translate targets, provide performance insights, and safeguard incentive integrity to align with commercial priorities.

You will support budget discipline, enable data-driven productivity improvements, and collaborate across functions to sustain competitive advantage in the FMCG market.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years in sales analysis or relevant work; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of business drivers.

In this role, you will enable sales force effectiveness through robust analytics, incentive governance and performance insights, ensuring sales force investments and performance mechanisms are accurately managed and aligned with commercial priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and accurate administration of the Sales Force Incentive Scheme (SFIS).
• Ensure accurate and effective translation and allocation of sales targets.
• Provide timely insights on sales force performance and effectiveness.
• Safeguard the integrity, fairness and compliance of incentive processes
• Ensure disciplined management and utilisation of the annual SFIS budget.
• Support data-driven improvement of sales force productivity and effectiveness

Key Criteria:

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of sales analysis or relevant work experience,FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
• Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers
• Possesses advanced analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
