Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Sales Incentive Pay Analyst in Penang, Malaysia to support the backend execution of incentive compensation processes. You will maintain system updates, validate payouts, and ensure accurate processing of incentive payments while working closely with Sales Incentive Pay Consultants and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical and data skills, experience with Excel and BI tools, and a focus on governance, accuracy, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, finance operations, HR compensation, sales operations, or data analytics.
• Experience working with incentive compensation management systems, CRM tools, ERP systems, or business intelligence reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support backend administration of sales incentive plans via data updates, payout preparation, and calculation support.
• Calculate, validate, and review commission, bonus, and incentive payout results for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on incentive performance, payout trends, and operational metrics.
• Assist with plan design changes and annual compensation planning activities.
