Job summary

Heineken in Malaysia seeks a Sales Analytics professional to drive sales force effectiveness through robust analytics and governance of the Sales Force Incentive Scheme. You will translate targets, provide performance insights, and safeguard incentive integrity to align with commercial priorities.

You will support budget discipline, enable data-driven productivity improvements, and collaborate across functions to sustain competitive advantage in the FMCG market.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years in sales analysis or relevant work; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Sales Force Incentive Scheme (SFIS) accurately and effectively.
• Translate and allocate sales targets precisely.
• Provide timely insights on sales force performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure integrity, fairness and governance of incentive processes.
• Manage the SFIS budget discipline and usage.
• Support data-driven improvements of sales force productivity.
