Job summary

Anite in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Incentive Pay Analyst to support backend execution of incentive compensation processes, including data updates, payout calculations, and validation.

You will work with Sales Incentive Pay Consultants, IT, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate system data, timely payments, strong governance, and robust reporting.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in sales compensation or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales compensation or finance operations.
• Experience with incentive compensation management systems or CRM/ERP tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support backend updates of incentive plans, data maintenance, payout preparation, and calculations.
• Calculate, validate, and review commission, bonus, and payout results for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate payout discrepancies and data exceptions; coordinate with the Sales Incentive Pay Consultant for follow-up.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on incentive performance and payout trends.
• Assist with plan execution, quota validation, and compensation model updates.
• Support annual compensation planning and design changes with data analysis and validation.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot incentive system issues and data processing errors.
• Maintain audit trails, documentation, and controls to support compliance.
• Ensure processes comply with policies, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
