Job summary

Double Dynasty Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. This full-time role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and selling interior design packages and related services to meet customer needs.

You will attend to enquiries, present options, prepare quotations, and coordinate with design and project teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role (1-3 years) in related industries.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design or related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with negotiation and closing abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Valid driving license and reliable transport.

• Promote and sell interior design packages and related products.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our sales division, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion objectives. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering our products and services to meet customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills in a supportive environment whilst making a tangible impact on our business success.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company's interior design packages and related products/services.
• Attend to customer enquiries and understand their interior design requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain available interior design packages, design options, materials, finishes and upgrade options.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on customers' requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the Interior Design and Project teams to ensure customers' requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
• Keep updated on available packages, pricing, materials, specifications and ongoing promotions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the Company's overall sales objectives.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably 1-3 years in property, interior design, renovation, furniture, building materials or related industries
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mentality
• Self-motivated and able to work independently whilst meeting targets consistently
• Proficiency in using sales tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions-focused advice
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment
• Valid driving license and reliable transport are required
• Willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings and sales activities
