APP Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Subang office. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth of specialty paper (food packaging) and fostering strong client relationships.

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization within the sales and account management function.

Scope & Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through excellent account management and customer service
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales plans and campaigns
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Superior/Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree Business or Marketing or Equivalent from a recognized Higher Institution.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the paper or packaging board industry is an added advantage.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure mutually beneficial deals
• Proficiency in analysing market data and customer insights to drive strategic sales decisions
