Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to drive monthly targets and promote IT products at our branch. You will collaborate with the Retail Outlet Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent customer service while building lasting relationships with customers.

Candidate should have 2 years of sales experience and hold a High school or Diploma qualification. This role involves attending events, reporting sales performance, and coordinating with marketing and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Retail Outlet Manager to achieve monthly targets.
• Generate sales and meet individual sales targets.
• Ensure daily branch operations run smoothly.
• Contribute to marketing strategies to promote IT products.
• Attend trade exhibitions and events to promote products and build relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and giving product information.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and present performance figures to senior management.
• Manage stock orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.

• The main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Executive (SE) are as follows:
• Work closely with the Retail Outlet Manager / Assistant Retail Outlet Manager to ensure that the targets set by the company for the branch are achieved every month.
• Generate sales and ensure that the individual sales target is achieved.
• Ensure that all daily branch operations run smoothly.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve the mission of zero rejection.
• Participate in and contribute to marketing strategies to promote IT products.
• Attend trade exhibitions and marketing events to promote products and establish relationshipswith customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customers’ questions and providing accurate
• information regarding products.j
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty and
• satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the IT products sold, including their features, benefits, and applications. Conduct product demonstrations for customers to demonstrate how the products are used and
• explain their benefits.
• Prepare sales reports and present sales performance and sales figures to senior management.
• Manage stock orders and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. s. Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing and sales strategies.
• Work closely with branch management to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of sales
• targets.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures when performing assigned duties.
• Be prepared to accept instructions and undertake any other duties or assignments that may be
