LICENTOKIL (WM) SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue through new business, understand client needs, and upsell or cross-sell solutions. The role involves on-site inspections and close collaboration with the operations team to support collections.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in a related discipline with 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in pest or hygiene industries, and has excellent negotiation and multilingual communication skills to engage a

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline with proven sales track record.
• 1–2 years in pest or hygiene industries is an advantage.
• Able to meet and exceed KPI targets.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and network.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via direct selling, sales leads and enquiries.
• Identify customer needs and analyze theirs needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve set sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage territory effectively.
• Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate win-win solutions.
• Takes accountability by updating daily sales in system.
• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection.
• Work closely with other team members to assist in collection.
