Frencken Mechatronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Sales to join our team. You will manage customer accounts, ensure smooth order fulfilment and maintain strong client relationships.

The role involves coordinating orders, preparing quotations, reporting sales progress, and nurturing long-term customer partnerships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Sales to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery.

Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress.

Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation.

Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships.

Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables.

Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration — experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
