Job summary

Frencken in Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Sales to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.

You will monitor customer orders across departments, follow up on sales order fulfilment, prepare quotations and related documentation, and liaise with customers to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage at all levels.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
