Job summary

EVOLUTION OILTECH SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Executive to grow lubricant sales in the central region of Peninsula Malaysia. You will manage your own territory, use our internal sales system, and drive the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and regular visits.

The role requires presenting proposals, achieving set targets, and delivering accurate quotations and activity reports to the Sales Manager. ISO 9001:2015 certification underscores our commitment to quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop lubricant sales to drive revenue.
• Manage own territory as assigned by Sales Manager.
• Use internal sales system to manage sales activities.
• Generate leads and grow the sales pipeline.
• Plan weekly sales visits within designated area.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to customers.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets based on KPI.
• Prepare quotations per sales procedure; submit reports to Manager.

Job description

• To develop lubricant sales to drive company revenue

• Managing own territory set by Sales Manager

• To use internal sales system process in managing sales

• Responsible to generate leads and increase pipeline’s number in sales system

• To plan weekly sales visit within designated area

• To prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers

• To achieve monthly / quarterly / annually sales target based on KPI set

• To prepare quotation for customers as per sales procedure

• Required to submit sales and activities reports to Sales Manager

• To ensure the Key Performance Indicators for sales, volumes & margins are delivered as per plan

• To execute cross selling of group products especially on petroleum products and services
