Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Organized with good reporting and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell and present SGS products and services to clients.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Identify and engage potential clients via visits and presentations.
• Manage proposals, client interactions, and data entry (CertIQ).
• Track sales performance and report to management.
• Support business development initiatives, including Industry 4WRD projects.
• Assist in process improvements and handle client feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
