SGS is a global leader in testing, inspection and certification. We are seeking a sales-focused professional to promote our services across assessments, audits, certifications and training in Malaysia.

You will conduct market research, identify and engage potential clients, and manage proposals using CertIQ while tracking market trends and conversions. The role requires a degree in Business Administration or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar background or industry.

Responsabilités

• Sell and present SGS products and services including Assessment, Audit, Certification, Supply Chain Assurance, Sustainability Assurance, and Training to clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals maximizing value for client and company.
• Identify and engage potential clients through visits, presentations and follow-ups.
• Manage proposals, client interactions, and data entry using CertIQ.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and contract conversions; provide updates to management.
• Support business development initiatives including Industry 4WRD projects.
• Assist in process improvement, handle client feedback, and support team objectives.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager and/or Senior Management
