Job summary

SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, is seeking a Sales Professional in Malaysia to present SGS products and services including Assessment, Audit, Certification, Supply Chain Assurance, Sustainability Assurance and Training (ISO and regulatory).

You will conduct market research, negotiate contracts, identify and engage potential clients, manage proposals and data entry in CertIQ, track sales performance and support Industry 4WRD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar background or industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell and present SGS products and services (Assessment, Audit, Certification, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Training).
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
• Identify and engage potential clients through visits and presentations.
• Manage proposals and data entry using CertIQ.
• Track sales performance and provide updates to management.
• Support Industry 4WRD initiatives and process improvements.
