Job summary

LOGISTIC in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the logistics sector. You will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual targets, developing key accounts, and expanding the customer base through new outlets.

You will conduct market visits, process orders, and provide professional after-sales support while monitoring competitors and gathering market feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and outlets
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure coverage and execution
• Take sales orders and ensure timely submission and follow-up
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotions, and provide market feedback
• Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback regularly
• Update customer records, pricing, and promotional details accurately
