Job summary

City-Link Express and Logistics – Batu Pahat, Johor is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to identify prospects, build relationships, and drive revenue opportunities. The role involves researching market options, presenting solutions, and maintaining high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of sales/marketing experience or be a fresh graduate, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in sales/marketing/business development with proven track record.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
