Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional work experience; experience in logistics, supply chain or sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals with proven sales success.
• Sales planning and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong sales presentation, oral and written communication skills; English fluency preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Desire to understand local market and key industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and know potential customers and competitors.
• Enter data timely in CRM tools.
• Coordinate customer/branch relationships with regional resources.
• Create value-added logistics solutions, including cost-benefit calculations.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts and AR collections when needed.
• Attend training to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
• Engage with local trade groups as directed by the District Sales Manager.
• Take on additional assignments to support company needs.
