Job summary

See Hup Consolidated Berhad in Butterworth, Malaysia seeks a proactive Sales Executive to expand the customer base and drive revenue across air freight, sea freight, road transport and warehousing. The role requires building strong client relationships and delivering tailored proposals to close deals.

You will collaborate with operations to ensure smooth shipments, manage customer expectations, and pursue growth with international clients.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess an SPM, Diploma in Business Studies, or any related field of Sales.
• Experience in freight forwarding or Logistics industry background will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ above experience of sales in related industry.
• Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong sales, business development driver and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• The applicant is able or willing to travel or visit customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building with potential clients.
• To build and maintain strong relationship networks with existing customers and new prospects customers.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Promote company logistics services including air freight, sea freight, road transport, warehousing and related services.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and quotations to meet client needs and requirements, follow up on sales leads and close business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall company revenue growth

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-drivenSales Executiveto join our sales team. This is afull-time positionthat plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our air freight, sea freight, road transport, warehousing and related services and solutions to a diverse range of customers. This role is essential to our continued success and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career within a supportive and growing organisation.
