Technical Field Support Engineer (Contract)

1 Job Type Available

• 12 Months Contract Basis with basic salary (Yearly Renewable)

2 Responsibilities of the Role:

• Perform calibration and verification of KEYENCE metrology equipment
• Install, test, and validate repaired items and ensure proper integration into existing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to KEYENCE devices and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calibration and repair activities in compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during all engineering activities.

3 Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
• 1-2 years’ experience is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Aggressive and hardworking. Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.
• Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
• Possess own car and willing to travel.

4 Company Package and Benefits:

• Working hour: 8:15am -5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
• Basic Salary: RM4,200.00 to RM4,400.00
• Car Allowance: RM 1200.00 Per month (not included in Basic Salary)
• Annual Leave : 12 days
• Medical Leave : 14 days

• Performance Review for salary increment: Once per year
