Job summary

Keyence Malaysia is offering an engineering internship focused on factory automation and hands-on product testing. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge Keyence products, receive training, and work with the sales team to address customer feedback.

Requirements include pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or E&E engineering, Mandarin preferred, strong communication, independence, and access to own transport. Start in November 2026; internship >3 months is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or E&E engineering.
• Mandarin language preferred as role involves Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Independent and able to work well in a team, fast learner.
• Own vehicle (car) preferred.
• Available to start internship in November 2026.
• Internship duration over 3 months is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Have deep understanding of Keyence Malaysia's overall operation and culture.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, product testing and test report generation.
• Effectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer issues.
• Work closely with sales team on customer feedback.
• Be involved in technical aspects of Keyence products with training provided.

Exposure to cutting edge Factory Automation of Keyence products.

Be involved in technical aspects of Keyence products with training programme provided

Hands-on experience on troubleshooting, product testing and test report generation

Role requirement: -

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), E&E or equivalent.

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written)

Independent and able to work well in a team, fast learner

Possess own vehicle (car)

Able to start internship in November'2026

Internship duration of more than 3 months is added advantage

Company Package & Benefits

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:15 am to 5:00 pm

Basic Allowance: RM1,500 per month

Leave: 3 days Medical Leave
