Job Scope And Responsibilities

• Responsible and managing a diverse portfolio of existing & new clients to brings together sales and customer services functions to more effectively to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase the breadth and depth of products or services offered to clients. Use market insights to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
