Job summary

Presqua (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive revenue and expand the customer base. You will represent the brand, build client relationships, and contribute directly to business growth.

You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and resilient with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features tailored to their needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and securing customer commitments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer delivery.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs and competitive activity to inform business strategy.
