Job summary

Sime Darby Property is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales activities and achieve monthly targets while ensuring high levels of customer service. You will engage with customers across pre-sales, during sales and post-sale stages, and help coordinate product launches, events, and promotions in line with the sales plan.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping of SPAs, deposits, and purchaser data, with daily reporting and market feedback to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Estate Management or Business Administration.
• Sales experience or exposure in retail environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to achieve sales targets within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales activities and ensure all sales targets are met according to budget.
• Interact with customers and prospects (pre-sales, during sales and post-sale) to deliver excellent service.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions, road shows and exhibitions as approved by management.
• Record and update sales data daily, including deposits, SPAs, and purchaser information.
• Provide daily sales reports and feedback on market trends and competitors.
