Job summary

Presqua (M) Sdn Bhd in Kedah is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Executives for a full-time role to join our sales team. You will identify new opportunities, manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service to help achieve and exceed sales targets.

Based in Kedah, you will build lasting client relationships, present products, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to ensure seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role or similar client-facing position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the customer base and increase market penetration
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Present products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits and value propositions
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline data in the customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed
• Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies
