Job summary

BELLEZZA CERAMICHE GALLERY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a proactive showroom sales associate to assist walk-in customers and designers, understand their needs, and recommend tiles and related products.

You will prepare quotes, follow up inquiries, coordinate stock and delivery, maintain displays, and support events and launches as targets are set to grow showroom sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in tiles or building materials preferred.
• Interior design background is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend showroom walk-in customers and designers professionally.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock and delivery.
• Maintain showroom displays and presentation standards.
• Assist with tile combinations and basic space visualization.
• Support showroom events and product launches.

Job description

Attend to showroom walk-in customers and designers professionally. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability and delivery arrangements. Build relationships with interior designers, contractors and developers. Maintain showroom product displays and presentation standards. Assist customers with tile combinations, concepts and basic space visualization. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Support showroom events, product launches, exhibitions and other marketing activities.

About you

• Experience in tiles, interior design, renovation, sanitaryware, furniture or building materials industry preferred
• Interior design background is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a strong interest in sales
• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree
• Passionate about interior spaces and design trends
• Presentable and confident in dealing with customers
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team player with a positive attitude
