Job summary

Floor Depot Retail is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Selangor to drive sales growth among retail customers and corporate clients. You will promote flooring products and build strong customer relationships, contributing to revenue targets and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail, construction materials, home improvement or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Excellent numerical ability and confidence in handling quotations, pricing and financial negotiations.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Preferably 1-3 years of sales experience in flooring, building materials or home décor sectors.

• Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery coordination
• Attending product demonstrations, training sessions and industry events to enhance product expertise

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Floor Depot Retail.
