Based in Subang Jaya, you will engage prospects, present solutions, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in a representative or consultancy role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure sales whilst maintaining profitability.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations to clients.
• Track sales activities, pipeline management, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join the dynamic sales team at KAYANGAN CAHAYA SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. This role is strategically important to our organisation, as you will directly contribute to achieving our sales targets and expanding our market presence. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and close deals will be essential to your success.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in a sales role, ideally with 1-3 years of experience in a sales representative or consultancy position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and able to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional presentation and grooming standards
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and events
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are advantageous
• Diploma or Degree qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
