Job summary

Selaman Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to manage property sales, coordinate exhibitions and launches, and handle customer inquiries from first contact to closing.

You will prepare market analyses and reports, coordinate SPA documentation and loan applications, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires independence, teamwork, and weekend/event availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in property sales, real estate marketing, or related industry.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work independently or in a team with good organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, exhibitions, roadshows and events; driving license preferred.

Job Requirements :-

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in property sales, real estate marketing, or a related industry.
• Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, exhibitions, roadshows, and special events when required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation (preferred).
