Job summary

MIRACLE LAND HOLDINGS BERHAD in Malaysia seeks a sales professional to promote properties and services, aiming to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction. The role includes expanding the buyer database and following up leads from prospecting activities to close sales.

Responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly reports, conducting market surveys on customer needs and competitor offerings, assisting in sales launches and events, and handling inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in selling different types of property (e.g.: residential & commercial).
• Good discipline, independent, result-orientated and passionate in generating sales.
• Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
• Able to speak in Malay and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and to be based at different sales offices.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
