Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in residential property sales
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (other languages a plus)
• Digital marketing knowledge and social media savvy
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
