Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and build a database of potential property buyers, investors, and tenants
• Conduct property viewings, explain project details, and provide professional advice on investments and market trends
• Assist senior executives or sales managers in preparing sales proposals, handling negotiations, and processing booking forms
• Monitor local real estate trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process, coordinating with legal and finance teams up to handover

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Preferably 2–3 years’ experience in residential property sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Chinese or other local dialects is highly advantageous
• Strong communication, self‑motivated “go‑getter” attitude, and excellent negotiation skills
• Digital marketing knowledge and social media savvy
• Must possess own transport and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
