Job summary

Yanta Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies across markets. You will conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to grow profitability.

The role involves generating leads, negotiating deals, building relationships with key clients, presenting to prospects, and driving targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
