Job summary

IWAJIB MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a property Sales Adviser in Kajang to present projects clearly and confidently to clients. You will manage client communications, schedule appointments, and guide them through the full sales cycle on-site at our Kajang Sales Gallery.

We offer a basic salary plus commission, with leads provided and full training on our projects and sales process. Weekend work is required in a 6-day week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-focused role; prior sales experience in the property industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with property financing.
• Strong communication skills, with business-level fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a key advantage.

• Present our property projects clearly and confidently to interested clients.
• Provide timely service to clients & leads received, managing communications and appointments with the flexibility required to meet client needs.

What We Need From You (Requirements):
