Your Role & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients

Persuade customers to purchase products and services through effective sales techniques

Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions

Process orders and document sales activities

Conduct market research to refine sales strategies and meet customer needs

Represent the company at trade fairs and business events

Prepare and submit sales reports to management

Job Requirement

• Able to communicate with BC, BI and BM
• A background in real estate is advantageous.
• Good multitasking and team working skill is required.
• Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
• Have a valid driving license and own transport.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good in building rapport with customers.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales target.
