Job summary

Milieu Solar Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Melaka to identify and secure new solar energy opportunities. You will understand client requirements, present commercial solutions, and coordinate site visits for PV feasibility. Build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Open to relocation: KL and Johor Bahru; English mandatory with BM/Mandarin an advantage. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; flexible hours and incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM or higher.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen actively and negotiate.
• Proficient in CRM software; English mandatory; BM & Mandarin advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

We are opening a new branch at Melaka, and we’re looking for an independent individual that is result oriented and determined to help transform Melaka to a greener place one client at a time!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand clients’ requirements and offer technical and commercial solutions and support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess minimum qualifications of SPM and above.


• Possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.


• Possess the ability to actively listen & negotiation skills.


• Possess the ability to cope with stress and able to accept rejection.


• Possess high proficiency in relevant software (CRM software & Drone).


• Possess proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, while Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
