About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at LEE HONG CHAN SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Melaka. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for handling existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals that contribute to the company's strategic objectives. This position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills whilst working with a professional and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Present products or services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
