We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join the sales team at P.A. Extrusion (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Ijok, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets whilst representing our company with professionalism and excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Present and demonstrate our extrusion products and services to prospective clients
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline developments
• Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing, extrusion, or industrial sector
• Strong understanding of sales processes, sales techniques, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively to a team environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts
