Talent Recruit is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive in Nilai, Selangor. The role focuses on B2B sales of HDPE/PP resin with emphasis on Malaysia and export markets, including attendance at overseas exhibitions and market research.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, own transport, and willingness to travel. English and Mandarin proficiency is required. Attractive commissions and yearly profit-sharing bonus are offered.

Responsibilities

• B2B sales on HDPE and PP resin with focus on internal Malaysia and export markets.
• Attend overseas exhibitions as a team (about 3 times a year).
• Conduct market research on targeted countries and industries.
• Assist Sales Team to achieve targets and manage key customer negotiations.
• Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets.

Position Title : Sales and Marketing Executive

Salary : RM3,000 (Basic) to RM5,000 (Basic) + Monthly Commission

Location : Nilai, Selangor

Report to : Director

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
• Saturday (8.00am to 1.00pm)
• Claims (Petrol / Entertainment / Travel)
• Attractive monthly commission

Job Scope:

• B2B sales on High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) resin
• Focus internal Malaysia and export business (India / Philippines / Indonesia / Bangladesh / etc)
• To attend overseas exhibition as a team (around 3 times a year)
• Market research on targeted country and industry
• Responsible in assisting Company Sales Team to achieve department and companys goals (e.g. sales target and budget)
• Keep abreast with market latest trends and development, sound knowledge of competitors activity
• Monitor and analyse sales metric and suggest improvement
• Build relationship with potential new clients and maintain good relationship with both existing and new customers
• Responsible in managing Key Customers negotiation of terms and marketing support activities
• To assist in planning, coordinating & implementing sales & marketing strategies, achieve assigned monthly & yearly sales targets
• Follow up and collect payments from customers based on credit terms applied in a timely manner and to maintain good business relationship with timely support and solutions
• Assist in any other ad-hoc market research required by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years B2B Sales experience (Any industry accepted)
• Candidate must have B2B Sales background with entrepreneurial mindset
• Must have own transportation
• Open to travel overseas for exhibition
• Aggressive and entrepreneurship mindset
• Able to speak good English and Mandarin (due to business nature)
