Parkwood Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a sales executive in property development to drive yearly targets, handle enquiries online and at walk-in visits, and support the sales process from initial contact through to documentation and reporting.
The role requires at least 3 years of experience in property sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work long hours including weekends with minimal supervision.
A sales role focused on achieving yearly sales targets through execution of marketing strategies and programs. You will handle sales enquiries, manage customer interactions, and support the sales process from initial contact through to documentation and reporting.
Achieve yearly sales targets
Execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales targets
Attend to sales enquiries (online and walk-in), soft launches and project launches
Collect booking fees, update details in IFCA system, generate official receipts, booking forms and other required documents
Maintain the sales gallery
Feedback to management on customer comments and requirements
Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Ensure compliance with procedures and policies
Verify accuracy of information on Sales Forms, SPA and all other documents prior to forwarding to Finance Department
Carry out detailed market research on competitors
Liaise with lawyers on legal documentations and bankers on end-financing matters
At least 3 years' experience in property sales with proven record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive working attitude and result oriented
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with self-initiative and ability to work independently
Able to work long hours including weekends with minimum supervision
