Job summary

Parkwood Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a sales executive in property development to drive yearly targets, handle enquiries online and at walk-in visits, and support the sales process from initial contact through to documentation and reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in property sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work long hours including weekends with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in property sales with a proven record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly sales targets.
• Execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales targets.
• Attend to sales enquiries (online and walk-in).
• Collect booking fees, update IFCA system, generate receipts and booking forms.
• Maintain the sales gallery.
• Provide feedback to management on customer comments and requirements.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Verify information on Sales Forms, SPA and documents before forwarding to Finance.
• Carry out detailed market research on competitors.
• Liaise with lawyers on legal documentations and bankers on end-financing matters.
