Job summary

Serene Impian Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, engage with prospective buyers, and promote our property developments. You will execute marketing initiatives, manage show units, and work closely with internal teams to close SPA and Loan agreements.

The role involves coordinating with agencies and participating in events to achieve targets and strengthen our market presence in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Execute all planned sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market surveys on competitors, including compiling, collating, analyzing, and producing relevant market reports.
• Attend to and handle all sales enquiries from various sources, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Manage and oversee the sales galleries and show units.
• Participate in sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales gallery activities as assigned.
• Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of SPA and Loan Agreements.
• Prepare and maintain sales and marketing materials, kits, and promotional content for campaigns.
• Liaise closely with appointed agencies to ensure accuracy of information provided to customers.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and assignments as delegated by the Sales Department and/or Management from time to time.
