Newfields Land is seeking an experienced Property Sales Agent/Executive to drive property sales and promotions, while meeting management-set targets. You will engage with clients, support marketing launches, and contribute to market research.

The role requires bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin as a plus. Candidate should have at least 1 year in property or related field, be computer literate, and ready to work full-time in Cheras, Selangor, with weekend/public

Formación

• Candidate possesses SPM or higher education in any field.
• Knowledge of sales & marketing and computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work weekends/public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to all sales enquiries and assist in sales launches and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in market research and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

What will your role be?

• Attend to all sales enquiries & assist in sales launches, marketing activities & roadshows.
• Build & maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Assists in Marketing Research.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute campaigns and marketing strategy.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

• Candidate possess SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the property industry/ related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of sales & marketing / computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Applicants must be willing to travel and work in Cheras, Selangor.
• Willing to work on weekend / public holiday
• Full-Time position(s) available.
