PARKWOOD DEVELOPMENTS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a property sales professional to drive yearly targets and implement marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities
Achieve yearly sales targets
Execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales targets
Maintain the sales gallery
Provide feedback to management on customer comments and requirements
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Ensure compliance with procedures and policies
Verify accuracy of information on Sales Forms, SPA, and all other documents prior to forwarding to Finance Department
Carry out detailed market research on competitors
Liaise with lawyers on legal documentations and bankers on end-financing matters
About you
Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent
3-5 years in property sales with proven track record
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive working attitude and result oriented with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with self-initiative and ability to work independently
Able to work long hours including weekends with minimum supervision
